The Heritage, Culture and the Arts (HCA) Alliance, Inc. was incorporated in 2005 as an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization by a group of citizens who value the variety of arts, education, history and cultural programs offered through the City of Lakewoodâs Heritage, Culture and the Arts Division. The HCA Alliance supports these programs by seeking contributions that will help sustain and enhance these special opportunities in the City of Lakewood.

A 13 member Board of Directors comprised of former HCA Commissioners, community and business members, and representatives of other local foundations governs the HCA Alliance.
